honey dissolves faster in warm water as warm water has more energetic particle that interact with honey than in cold water

This is because the atoms of the warm water are away from each other so there is space for honey atoms for coming between it n hence getting dissolved.
Whereas in cold water the atoms of water (molecules) are closely packed allowing less interference of honey atoms ( molecules ) .
Therefore we can say that honey dissolves faster in warm water than in cold water.
