Solution:-
Let the number be x
 = > { (\frac{- 4}{5}) }^{2} \times x = { (\frac{ - 3}{7} )}^{4}
 = > \frac{16}{25} \times x = \frac{81}{2401} \\ = > x = \frac{16}{25} \div \frac{81}{2401}
 = > x = \frac{16}{25} \times \frac{2401}{81} \\ = > x = \frac{38416}{2025}
 = > x = { (\frac{196}{45}) }^{2}
Hence ,the number which must be multiplied by -4/5^2 to get -3/7^4 is 196/45^2
