Volume of rod = volume of wire
22/7 x 1/2 x 1/2 x 8 = 22/7 x r^2 x 1800
2 = 1800x r^2
r^2 = 1/900
r^2 = 1/30
Thickness of wire = r x 2
= 1/30 x 2
= 1/15

the volume of solid cylinder rod is πr²h.
diameter =1,r=d/2, r=0.5,h=8.

22/7×(.5)²×8=6.28.
____,,_,,___________,__________________________
it change into a wire of length is 18 , find the radius by formula .
πr²h.22/7×(r)²×1800=6.28
5657.14×r²=6.28.
r²=6.28/5657.14
r²=0.00111
r=.033 so, the thickness of wire is 2×.033=.066
