 {x}^{2}  +  \frac{1}{ {x}^{2} }  + 2   =  \frac{82}{9}   + 2 \\ it \:  \: will \: transformed \: in \\  {(x + 1)}^{2}  =   \frac{82 + 18}{9 }  \\  {(x + 1) }^{2}  =  \frac{100}{9}  \\ therefore \\ (x + 1) =   {( \frac{100}{9}) }^{ \frac{1}{2} }  \\ x =  \frac{10}{3}  - 1 \\ x =  \frac{7}{3}
