Given :

• In a certain code ORIENTAL is written as DHQNMBUO

To Find :

• How is SCHOOLED written in that code

Answer :

Option 2)

Explanation :

First of all split the word ORIENTAL into two halves i.e.

→ ORIE and NTAL

Now,Reverse the letters of each half i.e.

→ EIRO and LATN

In the first half subtract 1 from each letter i.e.

• E - 1 = D

• I - 1 = H

• R - 1 = Q

• O -1 = N

In the second half add 1 to each letter i.e.

• L + 1 = M

• A + 1 = B

• T + 1 = U

• N + 1 = O

From this It is verified that :

 \bigstar \large\boxed{\purple{ \sf \: ORIENTAL = DHQNMBUO}}

Now,Apply the same logic into the word SCHOOLED

First of all split the word SCHOOLED into two halves i.e.

→ SCHO and OLED

Now,Reverse the letters of each half i.e.

→ OHCS and DELO

In the first half subtract 1 from each letter i.e.

• O - 1 = N

• H - 1 = G

• C - 1 = B

• S - 1 = R

In the second half add 1 to each letter i.e.

• D + 1 = E

• E + 1 = F

• L + 1 = M

• O + 1 = P

From this It is verified that :

 \bigstar \large\boxed{\purple{ \sf \: SCHOOLED = NGBREFMP \: }}

Hence,Option 2) is correct answer!

Answer:-

In the code, ORIENTAL is written as DHQNMBUO.

Firstly, split the word ORIENTAL.

We get, ORIE and NTAL.

Reversing it, we get, EIRO and LATN.

Now, in the first splitted letters reduce one letter from the alphabetic arrangement.

We get, DHQN.

Now, in the second portion of the letters, increase one letter from the alphabetic arrangement.

We get, MBUO.

So, the ORIENTAL = DHQNMBUO.

Similarly, let's find out the code for SCHOOLED.

Splitting it, SCHO and OLED.

Reversing, OHCS and DELO.

Reducing letters in first portion of letters.

We get, NGBR.

Increasing letters in the second portion of letters.

We get, EFMP.

Finally, NGBREFMP.
