hiii friend!!!
Thallophyta is the first division of the plant kingdom. It includes two sub-division, the algae and fungi; besides, thallophyta also includes slime molds, lichens and bacteria.

Salient features of the division Thallophyta:

(a) Plant body is thallus-like i.e., not differentiated into stem, leaves and roots.

(b) These plants are mostly aquatic

(c) Reproductive organs are mostly  unicellular (i.e. – one-celled structure)

(d) Zygote generally does not develop into multicellular embryo while still enclosed within the female reproductive structure.

(e) There is diversity of thallus structure in algae, ranging from the microscopic uricellular habit to the giant macroscopic seeweeds (e.g. macrocystis) which may be over 100 meters long.

i think it may help u dear!!!
