Hi friend !
I)  \frac{-7}{12} X \frac{13}{-2}

 = \frac{-91}{-24}

= \frac{91}{24}

II) \frac{3}{13} X  \frac{65}{-4}

 = \frac{-195}{52}

    i)    -7/12÷(-2/13)  =   -7/12×(-13/2)

                                    =  -7×-13/12×2

                                    =  91/24
                     
   
 ii)   3/13 ÷ (-4/65) = 3/13 × (-65/4)

                                    = 3×-65/13×4

                                    = - 195/52
