Anonymous: Iron has more density than aluminium. This means that it has more than aluminium of the same volume. By newtom 2nd law of motion, accerlation is inversely proportional to mass if equal force applied. So the iron ball will accerlate slower and achieve a lower speed at the distance(actually, time, but time will be same at the same distance).
