The format of writting formal and informal letter is different.



FORMAT OF FORMAL LETTER

Sender's address

Date

Addess of the addressee

Subject :- ________________

Sir/Mam,

___________Content______________

Yours faithfully/ Yours sincerely/ Your truly
Sender's name



FORMAT OF INFORMAL LETTER

Address of writer

Date

Salutation (dear xyz),

____________Content____________

Your lovingly/ Your dear friend
Sender/writer's name

first of all you should write your address in the top most left side .
then you should write salutation.
after that you should write the body .
and in the end you should write best regards and after that you should sign below the greetings.
