Plz help me

If the MLA of a constituency got elected as the MP in the last lok sabha election 2019 , then is he automatically eliminated from the MLA position ?

And if a question is to write the name of the present MLA of that constituency, then should we write 'Vacant' ?

IT CAN'T BE POSSIBLE BECAUSE WHN A MLA IS SEAT FOR 5 YEARS DUTY THEY CAN'T TAKE PARTICIPATE IN ANY ELECTION.

WHN THEY COMPLETE THERE WRK OR TIME THN HE CAN CHOOSE AS AN MP OR TAKE PARTICIPATE AS AN MP

Hey

Yes, Recently it happened in my state(Telangana)

Utham kumar reddy, a member of Congress party won as an MLA in the Telangana assembly elections

Then in the recent 2019 lok sabha elections he won as an MP

so he is automatically eliminated from the post of an MLA. ...

BY-ELECTIONS will be conducted for his MLA post...

Thank you.... Nice question
