since the pond is in centre of the plot and the length and breadth of the plot are even numbers so the length and breadth of the pond is also even.

now,

then we have to arrange this  nos in such away that both of them are even  and they dont cross the length and breadth of the plot as it is inside the plot.

so length will be 34 as we cannot product 17×3 which is odd and we cannot product 17×4 or 17×(any bigger even no) as they cross 50 which is the length of the plot so length =17×2=34(as the greater measurement is length).

and breadth =816/34=24(as the shorter measurement is breadth).
