1) If the last digit is 5 and the before digit is x

Then the last digits of the result will be 5 square (i.e, 25)

And the before digits will be x*(x+1)

For example

25 ^2 =2*(2+1)

=2*3

=6

5^2=25

So ,25^2=625

2) first root the last 2 digits

Then factories the before digits

For example, 1225

Root 25=5

Find the Factors 12=1*12

2*6

3*4

Now the last factor is 4

So divide 12 by 4 = 3

Then root of 1225 is 35
