1/4th litre = 1/4(1000) ml= 250 ml

8 times of this 250 ml= 8× 250 ml
= 2000 ml
{°•° 1000 ml= 1 litre}
= 2 litres

This is EQUAL to the minimum amount of water that one should drink per day.
