The problems caused by the non-biodegradable wastes that we generate are: (i) Clogging of drains. (ii) Death of cattle by ingestion of plastic, toxin remains on plants. (v) Biomagnifications of poisonous chemicals, like mercury in our body or other animals resulting in varous diseases.

There are many problems caused by the non-biodegradable materials:

● If the non-biodegradable materials are thrown in open areas they won't decompose and form a layer. so the water won't enter into the ground and the ground water level decreses.

● If we through them in the rivers or drainages.The water will be settled at a place and there won't be the flow of water.
