Explanation:

Here, when HBr is added to the reactant, there are 2 intermediates possible

i.e., F_{3}C-CH_{2}-CH_{2} + and  F_{3}C-CH+-CH_{3}.

Out of these 2, the first one is more stable because F is a with drawing group

so, if the +ve charge away from F group, then it is more stable.

Therefore in follows Anti-Markonikov's rule.
