Hey dear here is your answer!!!!!

___________________________

Let's start off with:-

When does a line pass through origin ?

It is when the (x,y) ≡ (0,0) and it satisfies the equation.

Now, in this equation let's try the co-ordinates (0,0) :-

L.H.S -

2(0) + (0) = 0

R.H.S -

3

Here, L.H.S. ≠ R.H.S.

Therefore, we conclude that the line 2x + y = 3 does not pass through the origin.

So, the answer is "NO".
