 {\huge {\mathfrak {Answer :-}}}

We have,

 {} z^2 = - z

 {} \implies z^2 + z = 0

 {} \implies z(z + 1) = 0

 {} \implies z = 0, - 1

Now, recheck..

 {} z^2 = 0^2 = 0 = - 0 = - z.. ✔️

 {} z^2 = (-1)^2 = 1 = - ( - 1) = - z.. ✔️

 <b> Thanks..
