Now,

● X-2/5-1/8 Was spended after the school.

● x-2/5-1/8-1/6 was spended for your younger brother.

So, the money left is;

x -2/5-1/8-1/6=0

=> x- 16-5/40 -1/6=0 【Taking LCM】

=> x -66/34=0 【 Taking LCM】

=> x=66/34

=> x= 33/17

◆ So, the total amount of money left is 33/17 ◆

here is the solution,

total spends = (2/5 +1/8 + 1/8)
= (16+5+5)/40
= 13/20
Hence 13/20th part of total pocket money is spend.
