roots are : α= 2+√3  and β= 2-√3

according to the formula g(x)= x² - (α+β)x + (αβ) .....(1)

     substituting the value of α & β in (1)

                                we get,

⇒x²-(2+√3 + (2-√3))x + (2+√3)(2-√3)

⇒x²- 4x +1 .....(g(x))

now dividing the given polynomial (p(x)) by (g(x))

                                ( x⁴-6x³-26x²+138x-35 / x²-4x+1 )

                                           we get ,

quotient(q(x)) as( x² - 2x - 35 )

    now factorize q(x) ,

          we get, x ⇒ 7 and  -5

∴ the roots are 7 , -5 , 2+√3 & 2-√3
