In a democracy the government has less control over how people spend their time and what they believe. People are free to join clubs, political parties and other groups. In a dictatorship there's just one leader who has total control over the party and the country

Hey there!
Down here ⏬

What's the Difference between Democracy and Dictatorship.

Here we go! ;p

✓ In Dictatorship, a single individual is the supreme authority while in Democracy, people is the supreme authority.

✓ In Dictatorship, people have no power to decide who rule them, while in Democracy, people can have the right to choose thier representatives.

✓ Democracy is more accountable form of government than Dictatorship.

✓ In Dictatorship, a single person have the control over one party and all praise him as people's hero. But, in democracy, a the leader of the party who gains majority votes may be in power, but they still have to answer to the people's questions.

✓ In Dictatorship, government control the press, media etc. but, in Democracy, medias have the right to criticize government.

Glad if helped :D
