BREAKFAST A fruit, some carbohydrate like roti or rice or bread etc. A glass of milk.

LUNCH A vegetable, meal, salad and some protein like eggs, pulses or non veg optional.

EVENING A glass of milk, healthy snacks like fruits or cornflakes, sandwiches.

DINNER Some thing light like poha or khichdi and pulses or sprouts.
