This is most likely grade 3 or deep ulcer.

Under this grade, the ulcer starts to show the mucal lining and even deep wounds.

This type of stage of cancer requires immediate attention as the sore may spread to the fascia lining which will severely hamper one's movement in several ways and also give a prolonged infection.
