If you need things and you have to go out then make sure to wear gloves and a mask over you face to prevent yourself from breathing the air around you and prevents others from breathing your air. If you only need groceries I would recommend you just stay inside your home and order it online. Right when the groceries get to your house wipe them down right away so that it prevents you from touching the germs of the people who delivered them. Wash your hands immediately after wiping the groceries down also to make sure you don't have any germs on your hands. If you are going out stay 6 feet away from people at all times.
