and fourth number = x + 3

Since, Product of numbers = 540

So, x + (x + 1 )+ (x + 2) + (x + 3) = 540

4x + 6 = 540

4x + 6 - 6 = 540 - 6

4x = 534

x = 534 / 4

So, x= 133.5

Now, x + 1 = 133.5 + 1

= 134.5

x + 2 = 133.5 + 2

= 135.5

x + 3 = 133.5 + 3

= 136.5

Check: x + (x + 1 )+ ( x + 2) + (x + 3) = 540

So,(133.5) +( 134.5) +(135.5) +(136.5) = 540

So, 540 = 540
