Project 1- Magnifying the microscopic organisms or their parts. 1. Try to see any word with the help of Hand lens. Imagine how many times the word get magnified through the Hand lens. 2. Go to the school laboratory and draw the label parts of a compound microscope you can take help from your text book. 3. After taking permission from teacher, place your slide a drop of water from a pond on the slide. 4. Keep the slide under the microscopic stage and focus carefully. 5. Try to observe any floating organism through the microscope. 6. Imagine that you are now able to properly see the organism which you were unable to see through your naked eye. 7. Find out the name of this organism and draw a labeled diagram with the help of your text book.
