Answer

=======》

A) when bar magnet is placed near a compass .it starts deflecting.

B) when an iron filling is spread .it makes concentric circles that show it has magnetic field lines.

C)earth is also like a huge magnet it has its own magnetic field line so it shows its north or south Pole.

I THINK IT HELPS YOU !!!! THX FOR YOUR ATTENTION AND WAITING FOR MY ANSWER....☆☆☆

\bf\small\underline{Properties\:OF\:Magnetic\:Field\:!!}

メメMagnetic Field lines are imaginary line used to show magnetic field in a given region.

メメMagnetic Field lines are closed continuous curves and are directed from north pole to South pole outside the magnet and from South pole to North pole inside the magnet.

メメThe tangent at any point on the magnetic field line gives the direction of magnetic field at that point (tangent is a line which touches a curve at a point) This is also the direction of orientation of the needle of the magnetic compass if kept at that point.

メメMagnetic Field lines are closer together (crowded) in the region where the magnetic field is strong (at A) and are widely separated in the region where the magnetic field is weak .

Magnetic Field lines do not intersect each other. This is because if you place the magnetic compass at the point of intersection it will orient itself only in one direction and not in two directions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :-

  • The direction of magnetic field is always from north pole to South pole.
  • The direction f magnetic field is from north pole to South pole outside the magnet and from South pole to North pole Inside the Magnet.
