Let 5-2root3 be a rational no.
So 5-2root 3 =a/b
Then sove it by taking 5 on a\b side and then in next step take LCM
Then simply u can say that it is irrational
Plz can u ask details next time i amhaving a server problem.
Hope it helps.. Am sorry for not answering by solving it fully

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Let 5-2√3 be rational number

Then,5-2√3=a/b,where a and b are coprime integers and b is not = 0.

-2√3=a/b-5

√3=a/-2b -5

We know that √3 is an irrational number.

So,our assumption is incorrect.

Therefore,5-2√3 is an irrational number.
