the definition of an isosceles triangle states that the triangle has two congruent "sides'.But the definition of isosceles trapezoid stated above,mention congruent base"angles", not sides(or legs)....THEROM: if a quardrilateral is an isosceles trapezoid,the diagonals are congruent.
