If applying midpoint theorem on (1,3) and (3,5) gives (2,-1) it will be proven

From midpoint theorem,

x coordinate of midpoint=1+3/2=2

y=5+3/2=4

(2,4) bisects the line internally

So (2,-1) is the wrong answer
