it brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind, it help maintain stress and anxiety and and keeps you will relaxing. it also help in increasing flexibility, muscle muscle strength and body tone. it improve respiration, energy and vitally . yoga asanus build strength , flexibility and confidence.
