Given, 

Curved surface area of a hollow cylinder =4375cm2

By cutting it from the height, it becomes a rectangular sheet whose width =35cm

So, the height of cylinder =35cm

And length of sheet =HeightArea=354375=125cm

Hence, perimeter of the sheet =2(l+b)=2×(125+35)=320cm
