If a bag of grain occupies a space of 0.65 m^(3) how many bags can be stored in the granary? =volume of granaryvolume of each bag=1440.65=221.54 or 221 bags.

Answer:

for the rectangle:

lenght, l = 22cm

breadth, b = 7cm

for the cylinder:

circumference = 22cm

2πr = 22

2*(22/7)*r=22

2r/7 = 1

r = 7/2 cm = 3.5cm

height = 7cm

total surface area, TSA

= 2πr(r+h)

= 22(3.5 + 7) (∵ 2πr = 22cm)

= 22(10.5)

= 231 cm²
