Q is a prime number bigger than 10.

We have to find the smallest positive number (except 1) that 3Q can be divided by equally.

Obviously 3Q can be divisible by 3

We need to make sure is that 3Q is not divisible by 2, because 1 is not to be considered. Since Q is odd, therefore 3Q is odd, so can't be divisible by 2. Therefore, 3 is the smallest number that 3Q can be divided equally.
