major difference between chemistry and physics thermodynamics chapterrs???answer in parameters

In chemistry we study more about Gases
as we study 0th law, 1st law, 2nd law , 3rd law of thermodynamics
but in physics we only study 1st law and 2nd law od thermodynamics...

they are mostly concerned with work done by the system,since they want output from any machine. Input is heat and output is work,hence both are considered positive (because work is done by system and they r benefiting) and vice versa.
