because kuch bhi kar lo aakhir me 8litre air to tank me reh hi jaaegi

so jo ans. 20 baloons aa raha he usme se 8 litre kam karo to 18 baloons banenge

Since the temp. remains same so it will have no effect on answer.

Total gas in cylinder = 8L× 10 ATM=80 litre gas at 1 ATM.

Out of which 8L gas cannot be used because we cannot take out all the gas from cylinder.

So we can use only 80-8=72L of gas.

Total no. of balloons that can be filled = 72/4 =18
