photosynthesis refers to the process in which green plants make there own food with the help of sunlight , water , carbon dioxide. It occurs only in plants.
Respiration refers to the process of releasing energy from the food we take with the help of oxygen. It occurs in animals as well as in plants.
2=. because in mammals there are four chambered heart which separate oxygenated and deoxygenated blood and in birds there are 3 chambered heart .

Answer:
1) The main difference between photosynthesis and cellular respiration is that photosynthesis is an anabolic process, where the synthesis of organic compounds occurs, storing energy whereas cellular respiration is a catabolic process, where the stored organic compounds are utilized, producing energy.
2) Separation of oxygenated and deoxygenated blood allows good supply of oxygen to the body. This system is useful in animals that have high energy requirement Mammals and birds constantly need oxygen to get energy to maintain constant body temperature
