1. Through air like tuberculosis, common cold etc.
2. Through contaminated food and water, like cholera and diarrhoea etc.
3. Through vectors like rabid dog and mosquitoes.
4. Through unprotected sexual intercourse.

Answer) Vibro cholerae is the causative organism for cholera.
