Q1) The state of atmosphere with respect to the temperature, humidity, rainfall, wind speed etc is called weather.
Q2) An average pattern of weather in a region over long periods of time is called Climate.

So..
Weather is a condition that is used to change frequently and is always applicated in a small area. It works like this :- Sunny in Morning, Rainy in Noon and Cloudy in Night. It may be covering a place for several days too.
Climate is the condition that does not change and is affected by oceans and the temperature etc. Unlike weather , it covers a very large area and may bring changes in the weather of a particular place too.
