HI FRIEND !

THE ANSWER IS
d) n, α, p, e

since neutron has no charge, e/m is zero for neutron. since a -particle has very high mass compared to electron as well as proton there will be a very small e/m ratio. Proton and electron have same charge but former is just heavier, hence has smaller value of e/m.
