perimeter of a square and rectangle are same

2(l+b)=4*s

l+b=2*s

l+b/2=s

if side of square=s

area=s*s

area=(l+b/2)(l+b/2)=(l+b/2)^2

so area of rectangle is less than area of square

option c is correct
