ABD is a right triangle. By the Pythagorean theorem, AB = 10.
area of ABD = 10·24/2 = 120 cm²

height of BCD = 13√3
area of BCD = 26·(13√3)/2 = 292.37 cm²

area of quadrilateral = 120 + 292.37 = 412.37 cm²
