➝ 4(x + 3)= 3(y + 3) [On cross multiplying ]

➝ 4x + 12 = 3y + 9

➝ 4x - 3y = 9 - 12

Now,

Multiplying eqn (1) by 3,

➝ 3x - 3y = 24 ⠀⠀−[eqn 3]

Adding eqn (2) and (3)
