There are three types of the courts are started by the government for protecting the rights if the consumer these are :--
(1)>> District court :--- The district court manages the the disputes related to consumers that are below 20 lakhs.
(2)>> State Court :--- The state court is manages the issues that are under 1 crore. And within the state.
(3)>> Central court :--- This court is helps the consumers about the issues are greater than 1 crore.
¤¤ If any of the consumer is not satisfied with the working if the court or the disicon of the court then he can apply to the next or upper court.
