First of all , while dealing with Cos , sec , and cot , we should must have a check on Principal value branch

Principal value branch of Cos^-1 is [ 0 , π]

We know that , Cos ( 2π + θ)= cosθ

Cos^-1 ( Cos13π/6) = Cos^-1[ Cos ( 2π + π/6 ) ]

Cos^-1 ( Cos π/6 )

→→→ π/6
