concept : if any parabola symmetric with respect to X- axis . and vertex of it is ( 0, 0),also a point ( a, b) which lies on 1st quadrant passing through parabola then equation of parabola will be of the form
y² = 4ax
Here, vertex ( 0, 0)
and parabola passing through ( 2, 3) so, it will satisfy standard equation of parabola .
(3)² = 4 × a × 2
9 = 8 a
a = 9/8
now, equation of parabola
y² = 4ax
y² = 4 × 9/8x = 9x/2
y² = 9x/2
y² = 4ax
Here, vertex ( 0, 0)
and parabola passing through ( 2, 3) so, it will satisfy standard equation of parabola .

now, equation of parabola
