(a) the power of the resistor.
(b) the voltage across the resistor.

(a) Power of the resistor will be -

P = H/t

P = 2.88×10^4 / 600

P = 48 Watt

(b) Voltage across the resistor is calculated by -

V = P/I

V = 48 / 4

V = 12 V
