Before playing games at fourth stall she had 5-golds and 3-silvers...

So after playing games at fourth stall and winning the she will then have...

8-golds and 5-silvers..

As now she redeems the money.. Every gold card now will be redeemed for 18zeds and silver cards will be for 8zeds..

Therefore the money she will be redeemed will be...

18×8 + 8×5

=144 + 40

= 184zeds...
