Heya !!!
♧The menstrual cycle occurs due to RISE AND FALL OF HORMONES .
♧This cycling results in the thickening of the lining of uterus and the growth of egg which is required for pregnancy .
♧If the pregnancy does not occur , the lining is released in what is known as menstruation.
♧Periods occur every month . A menstrual cycle is about 28 days .
♧This means that there should be about 28 days from the first day of our period to the first day of our next period .
♧ 28 days is an average number, , but anywhere between 21 to 35 days is normal.
