we know,
(a + ib) -(x + iy) = (a - x) + (b - y)i use this here,
= 1 - i +1 -6i
= (1 +1) + (-1-6)i
= 2 - 7i
hence, 2 - 7i, is the answer
we know,
(a + ib) -(x + iy) = (a - x) + (b - y)i use this here,
= 1 - i +1 -6i
= (1 +1) + (-1-6)i
