Let R , W and B denote the red, white and blue die respectively . we know, there are 6 faces in a die . so, when we will be select 6 number { 1 to 6 } , there will be 6 possibilities with each color .
hence,
total number of sample space = 3 × 6 = 18
S = {R₁, R₂ , R₃, R₄, R₅, R₆ ,W₁, W₂, W₃, W₄, W₅, W₆, B₁, B₂, B₃, B₄ , B₅, B₆ }
